The Spirit of YAH is upon me; because YAH hath anointed me to preach good tidings unto the meek; he hath sent me to bind up the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the captives, and the opening of the prison to them that are bound; To proclaim the acceptable year of YAH, and the day of vengeance of our God; to comfort all that mourn; To appoint unto them that mourn in Zion, to give unto them beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness; that they might be called trees of righteousness, the planting of YAH, that he might be glorified. - Isaiah 61

War in America

There is no need to go to Iraq to witness a war or even participate in it. We are presently at war here on American soil.

The battleground where the activities of war are taking place are in the homes, workplace, schools and relationships.

The weapons of warfare being used are lying, cheating, stealing and killing. All these dangerous weapons lead to destruction; they destroy the emotions and relationships.

The war is being operated under the guidance of greed, jealousy, unforgiveness, anger, hatred, power and control.

The only way to end the war is to forgive others who have caused you hurt, grief and pain. The recovery process begins when you allow yourself to heal and move on.

Hasn't there been enough destruction amongst mankind? Enough is enough! I appeal to every American to lay down your weapons. It's time to recognize the importance of being at peace with others. Peace & harmony begins by respecting others. Respect was once taught in the homes but no longer being practiced.

In my generation and generations before me, we grew up being taught "respect your elders", but I say...

Respect the children, respect the blacks, respect the whites, respect other cultures...respect others, period !!!

RESPECT others enough to treat others with decency by not lying, cheating, stealing, and/or abusing others for your own selfish gain.

When we stop trespassing against others and begin respecting one another, we will then find true peace, joy and happiness!!
